As part of an academic and teaching institution, the Pontifical Biblical Institute in Jerusalem houses a significant library with a focus on Sacred Scriptures, archaeology and the Ancient Near East.

The library is primarily aimed at professors, students and residents of the Pontifical Biblical Institute. Bona fide researchers may, however, apply with the Director for permission to access the library.
